Payment

  • Paylah/Paynow & Credit Card will be charged upon confirmation of the catering order.

  • Cash/Cheque upon delivery. 

  • Our prices are subject to changes and prevailing GST charges.

 

Buffet Package 

  • Complete buffet layout with warmers, tables, tablecloth & skirting for all buffet orders.

  • Full set of biodegradable disposable wares, serviettes, garbage bags, condiments.

  • We provide an additional 30% disposable wares based on the quantity ordered as a buffer.

 

Delivery

  • Our earliest delivery time is at 7.00am with food ready by 8am. Early surcharge applicable for delivery timing before 7am, please enquire for more information. 

  • Collection time is 2 hours upon arrival time.

  • Kindly allow a 45 minutes grace period from delivery time for unforeseen circumstances as delays may occur due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • For locations with no lift access, a surcharge will be levied for delivery to the second level or higher. Please enquire for more information of the charges.

  • Transportation fee  of $50.00 ($54.00 w/ GST) will be applied  for orders below 60pax for buffet menu orders

  • Transportation charge of $50.00 ($54.00 w/ GST) applies for orders below $650 ($702 w/ GST) excluding side order charges for Tea Reception menu orders.

  • Additional delivery charge of $10 ($10.80 w/ GST) will be applied  for CBD & Orchard Road Area. (First 2 digits of the postal code: 01, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 22 & 23).

 

Order

  • All amendments (menu, time & headcount) must be made at least 3 working days before the event date. An administrative charge of $50.00 ($54.00 w/ GST) will be levied for changes made after the stipulated deadline.

  • In the event of order cancellation, a written notice must reach us at least 5 working days before the event date, failing which a levy of 50% of the invoiced amount will be imposed. For any cancellation notified less than 24 hours before the event date, 100% of the invoiced amount will be charged.

  • We provide a 10% buffer for the menu items ordered. Management reserves the right to replace the menu items should it be unavailable at the time of event

  • Strictly no amendments to be made 24 hours before the event date.

 

Food Safety

  • In accordance with Singapore Food Agency’s Guidelines for Ordering Catered Meals for Functions and Events, there will be no extensions to the collection time. Kindly adhere to the “Consume By” time on the time stamp sign.
