Menu Information:

MENU AVAILABILITY AND MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
Chinese New Year menus are available for booking from 20 January 2025 to 23 February 2025. Please refer to individual menu pages for information regarding Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for the following delivery dates:

• Super Peak Dates: 28 January 2025 (除夕), 29 January 2025 (初一), & 30 January 2025 (初二)
• Peak Dates: 31 January 2025 (初三), 1 February 2025 (初四), & 2 February 2025 (初五)
• Lunar Dates: 3 February 2025 (初六) to 12 February 2025 (初十五)
• All Other Dates: 20 January to 23 February 2025, excluding Super Peak, Peak, and Lunar Dates

BUFFET, BRUNCH & TEA RECEPTION BUFFET MENUS

• Complete buffet setup with festive decorations, food warmers, and serving wares.
• Provision of biodegradable disposable wares, individually packed cutlery, and serviettes.
• Estimated duration of setup is 1 hour. Buffet clearance will be done 2 to 4 hours from the “Ready to Serve” time. Example: Delivery at 11:00 AM, “Ready to Serve” at 12:00 PM, and collection between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
• Food is best consumed within 2 hours.

Payment Information:

• The prevailing GST rate will be applied to the total invoice amount.
• Payment methods available: Credit Card or PayNow only. For corporate billing, please contact us for available options.

ADDITIONAL SURCHARGES APPLICABLE

Delivery to locations without lift access: $50 to $200 (please enquire for more information).
Delivery to Jurong Island, Airline House, and Changi Cargo: $150.00 ($162.00 with GST).
Delivery to Sentosa Island: $30.00 ($32.40 with GST).

First delivery at 8:00 AM: For deliveries before 8:00 AM, a surcharge of $100.00 to $250.00 may apply (please enquire for more information).
Last delivery at 7:30 PM: For deliveries after 7:30 PM, a surcharge of $50.00 to $100.00 may apply (please enquire for more information).

Multiple locations or offshore deliveries: Please contact us for more information.

CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT OF ORDERS

Please contact our sales consultants at least 7 working days before the event date.

• All amendments to orders must be made in writing at least 7 working days before the event date.
• Cancellation fees will apply if the notice period is less than 14 working days, ranging from 30% to 100% of the invoice amount.
• An administrative fee of $100.00 ($109.00 with GST) will be charged for processing refunds after prepayment.

Terms & Conditions

• Minimum order quantity must be fulfilled based on the event date.
• All increments must be in multiples of 5 pax.
• Delivery hours: 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM; surcharges apply outside these hours.
• Please provide complete delivery details, including any inaccessible routes, to prevent delays.
• Locations without a loading bay or lift landing will incur a surcharge. Please inform our sales consultant in advance to ensure timely delivery.
• Food items are recommended to be consumed within 2 hours of delivery. Refer to the timestamp on the buffet line. We do not encourage takeaway due to food safety concerns.
• Dishes labelled as Vegetarian contain no meat, poultry, fish, eggs or alliums but my include dairy products. Dishes labelled as Vegan contain no animal products, including meat, dairy, eggs, honey, or alliums. While we take precautions, we are unable to guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
• Customers are responsible for verifying the order and delivery details provided in the order confirmation. Four Seasons Catering will not be liable for any charges due to customer oversight.
