MENU AVAILABILITY – Chinese New Year Menus are available from 13 January 2020 to 8 February 2020. All normal menus are not available from 24 January 2020 to 8 February 2020; only CNY menu selections are available. Abundant Happiness, Success & Treasure CNY Asian Menus are not available on 25 January 2020 & 26 January 2020 & will resume on 27 January 2020 with the choice of other CNY Menus. Only Flourishing Fortune, Prosperity, Wealth CNY Menus are available for 25 & 26 January 2020.

BUFFET SET UP – Complete buffet set-up with table, linens, skirting & warmers for all CNY buffet menus. Full set of biodegradable wares, serviettes, garbage bags, & condiments. CNY thematic buffet set-up applies for Flourishing Fortune, Prosperity & Wealth menus.

PACKAGING – CNY Party Box menus (Fortune & Treasures in-a-box) are packed in our new party box. No table set-up. Full set of biodegradable wares, serviettes, garbage bags, & condiments.

DELIVERY & COLLECTION – Delivery is available from 7am to 7pm. Additional surcharge and minimum order amount applies for timing before 7am or after 7pm. Pre-setting of equipment are compulsory for orders that fall on 25 January 2020 (初一). We will contact you to make the pre-setting arrangement. We are open on the Chinese New Year’s Eve, 24 January 2020 (除夕) & last delivery to address at 6pm, with setup ready by 7pm.

Collection time might be delayed due to peak festive season. We seek your kind understanding and patience. Last collection time is at 10.30pm & additional surcharge applies after the last collection timing.

TRANSPORTATION CHARGES – For CNY buffet menus: Transportation charge of $60.00 ($64.20 W/GST) applies for peak period from 24 January 2020 to 8 February 2020. Normal days transportation charge of $50.00 ($53.50 W/GST) applies & waived for orders of 60 pax & above.

For CNY Fortune in-a-box, Treasures in-a-boxReunion Set : Transportation charge of $50.00 ($53.50 W/GST) applies for peak period from 24 January 2020 to 8 February 2020. Normal days transportation charge of $40.00 ($42.80 W/GST) applies.

**Additional surcharge of $10.00 ($10.70 W/GST) applies for CBD area and Orchard areas (First 2 digits of the postal code: 01,03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 22 & 23) for all deliveries.

CANCELLATION – Cancellation requests must be received in writing at least 7 working days before the event date. 7 working days or less, a cancellation charge of 50% of the invoice amount will be applied. Full invoice amount will be charged for less than 3 working days before the event date.

PAYMENT – Strictly cash, cheque or credit card payment for all events from 24 January 2020 to 8 February 2020. Except for selected corporate companies such as MNC, government bodies, etc. Subject to approval. For self-collection payment, full payment must be made at least 4 working days before the collection date.

OTHERS – We provide one portion per person with a 10% buffer. Buffet set-up for landed property is strictly at ground level only. Extra charges applicable for set-up done on other levels of buildings without lift. Please kindly take note we will not be held responsible for any damage during setup. Management reserves the right to replace any dishes should it be unavailable at the time of the event.
