Ordering
• Chinese menus are available from 01Feb to 12Feb, 14Feb to 28Feb 2010. Compulsory for 14Feb to 16Feb & 20Feb 2010. (Closed on 13Feb 2010)
• Food Duration of 4 Hours
• 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation for festive menus or Wedding functions. Deposit is non-refundable if booking is cancelled.
• Cash Payment upon delivery for all functions from 14Feb to 20Feb 2010.
• Cash Payment for self collection on Convenience Set.
• Rental of Equipment is not available from 14Feb, 15Feb & 20Feb 2010.
• At least 3 working days in advance prior to function date. All booking is subject to availability.
• All prices quoted are subjected to 7% GST.
• An administration charge of $50.00 will be levied on any changes made to the menu, time, and headcount.
• All amendments must be made 5 working days before the function date, last minute changes are not allowed.
• Written cancellation must reach us at least 7 working days before the function date, or else 50% invoice amount will be charged.
• FULL invoice amount will be charged for any cancellation less than 5 working days before the function date.
• We provide 10% buffer for ordered quantity. The management reserves the right to replace the menu items should it be unavailable at the time of event.
• Rental on our equipment is compulsory to hire service staff to station at the event.
• Equipment Rental Transport charge of $50.00 is compulsory for rental on Table/Chair which is less than $200.00.
Delivery
• Time Duration of a function is 4 Hours upon arrival time.
• A minimum delivery charge of $35.00 for all districts (Refer to our customer service officer for festive charges). For delivery to Jurong Islands or location outside main land, additional transportation of $35.00 is applicable.
• For delivery to Sentosa Island, additional surcharge charge of $5.00.
• Waiver of delivery charge is excluding all side orders.
• Our delivery time is 8AM to 8PM and latest collection time is 10.30PM
• A overtime charge of $35/hour will be levied for collection/delivery between 10.30PM to 8AM.
• Arrangement for next day collection is chargeable at $50.00.
• Delivery time allowance of approx. 45min grace period before or after the expected time due to traffic conditions, security and parking
