I would like to compliment Alden and the kitchen staff on his service.

I needed to add in extra orders for my order at the last minute and i know this is a challenge to Alden and the kitchen staff. When i called Alden on this issue, instead of just telling that it cannot be done, he instead did his best to help me contact his kitchen staff and chef to check if it could be possible. I know Alden probably would have been in a very difficult position to talk to the counterparts on this last min catering change BUT Alden managed to do it for me! Imagine my elation to know that my logistics issue has been resolved smoothly. For a events organiser, the main issue and worry is the logistics (e.g food etc) and I would want to work with a reliable caterer to ensure I am promised with reliable service and good customer care. At Four Seasons and with Alden, I have found my caterer!

I would like to express my appreciation for the wonderful catering experience we had from Four Seasons for our “Like QSM 2013″ event on 3rd of May. The spread was well-received and arrangements for the pre set-up as well as delivery was prompt and efficient to help make our event a successful one.

Thank you very much to you and your team for accommodating to our requests and being a reliable liaison for the catering. We would also like to dedicate a special note to the driver who came to our rescue by going the extra mile to help us (the bunch of delicate ladies) carry and set up our cocktail tables.

Our teamwork was certainly valuable and we will keep in contact with you and Skylar for any upcoming event catering.

Save the Earth (22 April) – a day isn’t enough!

Four Seasons Catering will like to do our part to Save the Earth for the whole month of April. As token of our love for nature, we will be using biodegradable disposable wares for all buffet orders!

The advantage of Biodegradable disposable wares:

They are made of bagasse, a fiber extracted from sugarcane left over. This substance decomposes over time and so it will not give any harmful effect to the environment.
