Chef Eric Teo brings with him many years of culinary experience as an acclaimed chef in the F&B industry. Formerly as head chef in prestigious hotels and clubs, Chef Eric Teo is known for his creative culinary skills and extensive experience in kitchen management. A familiar face in various local and overseas cooking competitions, he is frequently invited as honorable judge and advisor in them. On many of the highly rated local reality cooking shows, Chef Eric Teo was also invited by MediaCorp as guest chef to appraise aspiring cooks and chef wannabes. Juggling his time now between his role as President of Singapore Chef’s Association and running his own culinary consultancy firm, Chef Eric Teo is often hailed as the versatile celeb chef with an outspoken, engaging personality. He recently authored a new book “Simply Take-out” which features many of his wholesome recipes of easy, nutritious lunchboxes, suitable for busy executives and families.
